Rhiannon West is the NSW/ACT Lighting Lead at Arup, based in Sydney. She leads the delivery of lighting strategies across public realm, transport and urban development projects, shaping nighttime environments that support safety, placemaking and city vibrancy. Rhiannon brings an integrated, design-led approach to creating places that support how people work, live and play.
