Roger Kermode is an aerospace industry leader currently engaged with the Bradfield Development Authority (BDA), where he is supporting the development of a globally competitive aerospace and aviation ecosystem within Bradfield City, Australia’s newest city in over 100 years.
As Aerospace Sector Specialist, Roger works to attract aerospace manufacturers, aviation operators, and supply chain partners to establish within Bradfield, leveraging its proximity to Western Sydney International Airport and its positioning as a centre for advanced manufacturing and innovation.
He brings extensive experience across aerospace, deep tech commercialisation, and industry engagement, with a strong focus on connecting infrastructure, capability, and investment to unlock long-term sector growth. Roger is recognised for his ability to bridge industry, government, capital allocators, and academia to create sustainable ecosystems that help organisations navigate emerging opportunities to create and capture value with the future of aerospace manufacturing, maintenance, and next-generation aviation technologies.
