Ruby Thompson is a Senior WHSE Advisor with over a decade of industry experience in Construction and Surface Mining. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work across three states and two high-risk industries, connecting with thousands of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Ruby is passionate about psychosocial safety, enhancing wellbeing and long-term positive work culture. She was drawn to a career in WHS by the desire to have a positive impact on people working in high-risk industries, promoting the importance of self-care and safe choices.
Ruby holds a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Occupational Health and Safety and minoring in Psychology and has completed certifications in Training and Assessment and Leadership and Management.
