Ryan Graul is an Associate and registered architect at BLP, with over a decade of experience delivering large-scale social infrastructure projects across Australia. He plays a key role in championing high-quality design within complex healthcare, education, and science environments, with a strong focus on creating places that are inclusive, human-centred, and deeply connected to nature.

Ryan’s work is grounded in the early stages of design, where master planning, co-design, and intensive stakeholder engagement help shape buildings that respond meaningfully to community, clinical, and environmental contexts. His experience spans major hospital redevelopments, mental health facilities, research and education campuses, and large regional projects, where he has led multidisciplinary teams through concept design and early project definition.

With a strong foundation in master planning, clinical design, and consultant coordination, Ryan brings a holistic approach to social infrastructure projects, balancing technical complexity with clarity, dignity, and wellbeing.”
