Sacha Anderson
An accomplished architect and proven leader in embedding Indigenous principles in the built environment, Sacha's experience spans all project phases since joining the firm in 2011, including masterplanning, design, client consultation, consultant coordination, and contract administration. Her work is distinguished by a commitment to design outcomes that respond to Country and raise community voices.
Sacha is skilled in strategic concept development, design communication, and advanced digital methods. She has delivered major healthcare projects in regional New South Wales, creating benchmarks for culturally adaptive environments which reflect local values and Indigenous perspectives. Her practice centres on cultural responsiveness, the combining of Indigenous knowledge, and the prioritisation of patient dignity.
As Chair of ARCH’s Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group, Sacha drives reconciliation initiatives at strategic and operational levels, such as leading cross-cultural training programs and overseeing the development of community partnership frameworks. Her strong client, consultant, and community relationships enable her to guide complex teams toward outcomes that honour Country and benefit communities, including the successful delivery of several high-impact community projects.
