Sally Vaughton
Sally Vaughton is a senior director with more than 20 years’ experience shaping complex, city-defining projects across government and the private sector. As Director, Projects and Design Excellence within the Projects NSW team at Infrastructure NSW, she brings strategic leadership and a strong design ethos to major infrastructure initiatives. Her work spans cultural, education, heritage, defence and commercial sectors, and includes landmark projects such as the New Sydney Fish Market, Australia’s first Frank Gehry–designed building at UTS, and the Cutaway at Barangaroo. Sally is widely recognised for her collaborative approach, commitment to design excellence and ability to deliver outstanding public outcomes within highly complex stakeholder environments.
