Sam Davidson
Sam Davidson is an Architect and Design Manager with over a decade of experience in Australia and the United Kingdom. He has worked across a range of award-winning projects from small scale single dwellings to large scale multi-residential, retail, mixed-use, master planning, and public domain projects.
Graduating with a Master of Architecture from the University of Technology Sydney, Sam worked at Sydney architectural practice Turner before transitioning to design management and working for companies ranging from head contractors, UK housing associations, and integrated property developers and builders. His broad experience, underpinned by his roles in both client-facing and client-side organisations, has situated him uniquely to understand the client’s requirements while also delivering on the design intent design excellence outcomes.
Sam is currently Deicorp’s Construction Design Manager where he manages the design and construction approvals of Deicorp’s major urban renewal development pipeline. He is involved in early-stage project planning, engaging and coordinating design teams, providing leadership and technical oversight, improving design standards, and aligning designs to the client’s requirements within the project’s program and commercial framework.
