Sharanya is a Design Manager with extensive experience delivering complex infrastructure projects across Australia, specialising in transport and major civil works. She has led multidisciplinary design teams on large-scale programs, managing design from concept through to construction and close-out.

Most recently, Sharanya led the design of the Airport Terminal and Airport Business Park stations as Lead Design Manager for Webuild on the Western Sydney Airport Metro project. She is currently contributing to major rail and transport tenders, focusing on design strategy, value engineering and the delivery of high-quality, competitive submissions.

Sharanya is passionate about advancing women in engineering and construction, and is committed to fostering inclusive leadership and increasing representation of women in technical and leadership roles.
