2026 Ambassador Statement: In my work as a construction lawyer, I see first-hand that the strongest outcomes come from teams with diverse perspectives. Driving change and equality, particularly by opening doors for women who have traditionally faced barriers to entry and progression, leads to better decision-making, stronger collaboration, and a more resilient construction industry.
