Steven Bloomer is a Regional Digital Engineering Lead and GHD Associate based in Brisbane, Australia. He is a highly regarded ISO 19650-certified BIM professional, an Autodesk Expert Elite, and a 40 Under 40 Champions of Construction 2025 award recipient. Steven holds a Master’s Degree in Building Information Modelling and Integrated Project Delivery from Bond University and brings over 20 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure and building projects.

Steven’s diverse portfolio spans multiple continents and includes roads, rail, bridges, stadia, healthcare, high-rise, retail, and residential developments. His career began in the United Kingdom, and he has since played a pivotal role in delivering mega projects across the Middle East, South America, and Australia.

At GHD, Steven leads a team of highly motivated Information Management, BIM, and Digital Engineering professionals, driving innovation, efficiency, and best practice in project delivery. He is passionate about leveraging digital tools, automation, and integrated workflows to enhance collaboration and optimise project outcomes.
