Statement: Empowering women within a company and a male-dominated industry is proactively choosing to welcome the future and create opportunities to explore new and insightful perspectives. A part of my role as a Field Officer is supporting and providing pastoral care to the young men and women employed by Master Plumbers Apprentices Ltd by fostering open conversations about mental and physical well-being, safety, and provision of support tailored to each individual's needs. I am proud to be involved in the employment of our plumbing apprentices, of which 14% are female.
