As Head of Sustainability at Evissa, Theresa brings extensive experience across building sustainability assessments, product characteristics and material properties.

Having worked in building product manufacturing and assisted the industry with architectural specifications, she understands how to optimise building performance through the application of building physics, Passive House construction methodology and building energy modelling tools.

Theresa is a Certified Passive House Designer and an Accredited NatHERS Energy Efficiency Assessor, with a strong understanding of Australian energy efficiency compliance pathways and Building Sustainability Regulations within the National Construction Code. Her expertise ensures projects are both rigorously compliant and performance-led, supporting homes that are comfortable, efficient and built for long-term resilience.
