Tony has over 28 years of experience in the construction industry, with expertise spanning traditional contracting, management contracting, design and build, and lump sum performance contracting across civil engineering, building, and electrical/mechanical systems.

With a background in Quantity Surveying, he has developed comprehensive knowledge of commercial management and contractual matters within the built environment. His career includes working with government bodies, private practice consultants, and main contractors across Australia, the UK, and Hong Kong, giving him a broad international perspective.

Over time, his role has expanded from traditional pre- and post-contract administration to more complex areas such as claims management, dispute resolution, adjudication, arbitration, and commercial appraisals. His key areas of expertise include contract and construction management, quantity surveying, and resolving contractual disputes.
