Tony is the Director of Construction at SafeWork NSW, where he leads the Construction Directorate in delivering both frontline and strategic regulatory oversight of the NSW construction industry.

With more than 25 years of experience in senior executive roles across government, Tony has extensive leadership capability and deep regulatory expertise. His career spans both the public and private sectors, including significant roles in the forestry, power generation, rail, and aircraft maintenance industries.

Tony is strongly committed to ensuring every worker returns home safely and that communities remain protected. He is also a Churchill Fellow, awarded for his research into innovative safety improvement strategies across the United Kingdom, France, Canada, and the United States.
