Statement: I’ve been working in construction for years as an Interior Designer, and I’ve seen just how busy the industry can be. So many good people just keep their heads down and push through, even when they’re not doing great. I think it’s really important that mental health support is just part of everyday working life, not something we only think about when things get bad. That’s why I’d like to be a Mental Health in Construction Ambassador, to help make support feel normal and make sure people know they’re not on their own.
