Trent Larkman (he/him) is the founder of Everyday Actions and a specialist educator working with organisations to prevent sexual harassment and gender-based violence. His work focuses on engaging men and transforming culture within male-dominated industries through practical, evidence-based training and dialogue. Grounded in national and state prevention frameworks, Trent supports leaders, teams and workplaces to examine power, challenge harmful norms and build everyday practices that create safer, more respectful and inclusive environments for all.
