Trevor is a Career Development Practitioner working as a Senior Project Officer in Training Services NSW. His work focuses on connecting employers with schools. Trevor projects include codesigning experiential programs for students to explore pathways into the construction sector. He has collaborated with industry on attracting women to non-traditional trades to ensure young female students understand the construction industry is changing work-culture to make sure women feel welcome, supported, and safe. Trevor’s own Jungle Gym Career has included working in the Manufacturing, Retail and Wholesale Trade, Arts and Recreation Services, and Education sectors in Australia, Germany, and Japan. He enjoys networking with Industry and Education Professionals to support students to identify and deploy their transferrable skills and interests in their world yet to be imagined.
