Vanessa is an award winning RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has delivered successful outcomes for clients in both Australia and the UK construction industries. Vanessa is an Associate Director in the Cost Advisory team for RPS.  She has a wealth of experience working across different sectors as a trusted advisor and enjoys making strong lasting relationships with clients and design teams.

Vanessa is passionate about equity, diversity and inclusion and has been involved in a volunteering capacity for several organisations including NAWIC and Women of Colour Australia (WoCA).  In 2023/2024 Vanessa was a member of the D&I committee for NAWIC where she had significant involvement in the NAWIC "Not So Little Things" affecting women in construction survey.  This survey was the first step in generating important data to understand more about how microaggressions were, (and still are!), impacting women in the construction industry.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the industry, Vanessa was awarded the RICS Woman of the Built Environment Award in 2025, celebrating her leadership and influence in shaping the future of the built environment.
