Zac Cazacu is Head of Operations at Evissa and a registered architect with 22 years’ experience across architectural practice, Design & Construct, retail/convenience and modular delivery. He specialises in turning complex project requirements into clear, buildable outcomes—balancing programme, risk, quality and delivery strategy. Zac is also passionate about future-ready methods, including digital design communication, high-end visualisation and VR/AR immersion to align stakeholders early and reduce rework. On the Sydney Build panel, he brings an operations lens to how new technologies and delivery models can improve certainty, safety and performance on site.
