Bridget is a seasoned HR professional who has worked across the construction, justice, and not-for-profit industries. Bridget has held the position of HR Business Partner in Mirvac Constructions since December 2022, covering Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. Graduating from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences in 2019, Bridget is passionate about driving employee engagement and collaborating with management, teams and individuals to help foster a workplace that allows people to thrive. A key focus for Bridget at Mirvac has been driving the attraction and retention of Women in Construction.
