Cathy has extensive expertise and experience in the Australian workplace market, which she leverages in the multiple leadership roles she has at Gensler. She has over 25 years of experience working on design and research projects of various scales in EMEA and Asia Pacific.

 

As a Design Director at Gensler Sydney, she provides business leadership and is ultimately responsible for all workplace projects Gensler in Australia. With experience in delivering workplace strategy, change management, post occupancy evaluations, and global guideline projects for clients, Cathy has worked on projects of various scales across sectors including Financial Services, Professional Services, Science & Energy and Media & Consumer Goods. She currently leads multidisciplinary team responsible for nurturing client relationships combined with all aspects of a project from initial programming and concept design through construction and close-out.

 

As the regional professional services leader for workplace in the Asia Pacific and Middle East region, she lends her expertise to projects on aspects such as Workplace Strategy, Data Analytics and Culture Transformation. She also leads key client accounts for Gensler in Asia and her recent notable workplace projects include MetLife Sydney, EY Melbourne and multiple projects across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. Account.

 

Cathy has contributed to the industry through her involvement in the Design Institute of Australia, previously serving on the NSW Council for 6 years leading the DIAS (Student) portfolio.
