Dylan Carr is an experienced consulting and policy professional focused on the built environment. He is currently Associate Director, Resilience at Infrastructure NSW. Infrastructure NSW provides independent and strategic advice to the NSW Government on the prioritisation and delivery of infrastructure investments and related policies that support sustainable development in NSW.

As part of his role, Dylan provides advice on infrastructure resilience, net zero, sustainability and technology and helped to develop the next State Infrastructure Strategy.
