Emily is National People Manager at BESIX Watpac, overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources including industrial relations, resourcing, payroll, and people capability. She provides strategic and operational advice, support, and assistance to the business on People-related matters and implements initiatives which support the business to achieve its goals.

Emily leads the development of policies and operational programs to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce at BESIX Watpac. Most notably, in 2023 BESIX Watpac announced its commitment to a 25% female workforce by 2025.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Human Resources, from the University of Queensland.
