Haran is a Bid Manager with ACCIONA focused on major infrastructure projects. Haran’s experience in tendering includes rail, roads, water and energy sectors across Australia. Haran’s current role covers pipeline strategy, early phase pursuit management and tendering. Before joining ACCIONA, Haran was Operations Manager for AECOM in the Transport and Water sectors in NSW, and lead major project tenders from a design consultant perspective. Previous to engineering, Haran law clerked at Sparke Helmore Lawyers and Kemp Strang Lawyers. Haran’s major project tendering experience includes Sydney Metro City & Southwest Linewide, Sydney Metro City & Southwest ISDs (Pitt St Station, Crows Nest Station), Melbourne Rail Infrastructure Alliance, More Trains More Services Stage 2, M80 Ring Road, EnergyConnect, West Sydney Airport Package 1C Airfields, Western Sydney Airport Package 2 Terminal, and Upper South Creek Advanced Water Recycling Centre.

Having worked across design consulting, contractor and legal fields, and with roles covering project delivery, business operations and strategy, Haran enjoys taking a holistic view of the tendering process and goals for major infrastructure projects.
