"Helen has over 20 years of design and delivery experience in diverse industry sectors, including residential build-to-rent, co-living, student accommodation, commercial and mixed-use development projects globally.
More recently, Helen has managed multi-disciplinary design teams for high-rise projects utilising modern methods of construction for co-living and student accommodation, with specific interest in advanced prefabrication methods and ESG. 
With capacity to quickly ramp up project teams, gain respect of clients and consultants, Helen creates collaborative work processes to deliver projects across multiple locations and establish excellent client relations.
Helen re-joined Cox in 2019, bringing with her extensive experience in place-making incorporating wide range of building typologies.
