Julie Morgan is the Executive Director of Environment & Sustainability at Transport for NSW.  She leads a team of environment & sustainability practitioners who support Transport operations and infrastructure development, delivery and maintenance.  In December 2021 she delivered the first Transport for NSW Sustainability Plan and Sustainability Report.

Julie has worked in the NSW Public Sector for over 25 years in a diverse range of organizations, including as a legal practitioner at the NSW Legal Aid Commission and NSW Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, delivering complex change programs at NSW Ambulance, and in Driver and Vehicle Regulation at Transport.
