Kelly is a leading consultant in community engagement for construction and infrastructure projects in Sydney. Over the last 15 years, she has worked with project teams on contentious infrastructure projects including major cabling work, renewable energy, roads and substation upgrades. Project have included Transport for NSW’s B-Line and Clearways Projects, Ausgrid’s major cabling construction projects, such as Scotland Island Reliability Project, City East upgrade and CONSAC replacement work and Sydney Water’s Mosman Odour Control Unit.

Kelly works closely with directly impacted communities, consistently providing best practise stakeholder management and engagement in challenging environments bringing a community advocacy perspective to projects that she works on. She is adept at developing and implementing stakeholder consultation strategies to create community acceptance and social license within the communities she works.
