Lauren Fahey is the General Manager at the National Association of Women In Construction. Her passion lies in Diversity, Inclusion, equality and Social Justice. Prior to her work with NAWIC, Lauren worked with key clients to design, deliver and evaluate multi-award-winning behaviour change programs within the community, social and education sector. She has extensive presentation experience, having spoken and presented to over 50,000 students nationally on subjects as diverse as financial literacy, Digital and online safety and Disability Inclusion.

Statement: 

To make real change within this industry, we need everyone to play their part to ensure women feel included and are given the same opportunities as their male counterparts. Having more women in the industry will aid to balance the gender pay gap and securing women's workplace rights and entitlements. As a mother to three beautiful daughters, it is my mission to ensure they grow up in a world that celebrates diversity and inclusion.
