Les is also an expert and advisor in relation to Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) in the context of development and capital investment, with a particular focus on social value creation - the S+. les has over 35 years’ experience across advisory consultancy, academia, and social enterprise, and has worked extensively across social and affordable housing, disability, aged care, health, community services and education.
