Melissa Herrmann has a design background and 15 years of experience in product design, offshore manufacturing, and trend forecasting. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design from RMIT. In 2014, she transitioned to the construction industry and has worked for over seven years in modular construction and facades. Melissa is passionate about sustainability in design, lower-carbon product selection, and is excited to be part of Capral’s  journey towards a net-zero 2050 future.
