Meysam is the NSW Traffic and Transport Modelling Team Leader at SMEC, with more than 12 years’ experience in the traffic and transport engineering field, focusing on the development, management and delivery of traffic and transport projects. During his formal education, Meysam completed a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, followed by a Master’s degree in Transport Engineering. He is recognised as an emerging young professional within the industry, currently holding a leadership role within SMEC, a global multi-disciplinary and professional services engineering company. 

Meysam has worked on various high-profile infrastructure projects within NSW, including projects like the Sydney Gateway Link and NorthConnex. Throughout his career, Meysam has acquired a strong and practical understanding of his field, with experiences and skills covering large scale traffic simulation modelling, traffic demand forecasting, road and highway planning, as well as network performance analysis.
