Michael has worked in the industry for the past 15 years. In that time he has been involved with residential, health, education and commercial construction projects. From starting as a cadet to now Program Manager leading a team undertaking commercial office refurbishments or fit outs within the NSW Government Department Customer Service.

The industry has developed over time and has continuous improvement. Michael considers himself a leader for Social Values in Construction particularly in the procurement for design and construction delivery.  Michael has a focus on policy, procurement, assurance, risk management and quality control.
