Phillip is a partner based in our Sydney office, who has over two decades of experience in the construction, engineering and infrastructure sectors, both in-house and in private practice, and advises on the complete lifecycle of construction projects, from project and transactional front-end drafting and advice; project delivery and advisory, to dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, expert determination and adjudication.

He is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia, Supreme Court of NSW and is also a qualified solicitor in England and Wales. This breadth of experience makes Phillip highly competent to manage a variety of projects in a domestic and international context.

Phillip was recommended as a leading Construction and Infrastructure Litigation lawyer in Doyle’s Guide 2024 and is listed in the Legal 500 guide. He was also nominated for Construction and Infrastructure Partner of the Year in the Lawyers Weekly Partner of the Year Awards in 2020.
