Rachel Reese is a Strategy Practice Area office leader at Gensler Sydney, with 20 years’ experience internationally.  She is driven by collaboration and co-creation as the foundation to any great strategic design outcome. As a Human-Centered Design practitioner with focus on Customer Experience (CX) and a seasoned Change Manager, she provides an integrated and holistic approach to end-to-end delivery.  Her work has included bringing space planning and technology tools together to manage agile workplaces through AI-powered platforms to support intelligent data-driven building automation.  She is passionate about sharing knowledge having participated in numerous conferences speaking on the Future of Work, Agile Working & Productivity, Change Management, and Artificial Intelligence. She believes collaboration and exploration is the foundation to great strategic design outcomes.  Her work has transformed thousands of people and hundreds of organizations into meaningful and positive adoption of bespoke flexible working models with notable clients including ANZ Bank, HSBC, BP, and Microsoft.  At the heart of her success is a love for connecting with people to empower the co-creation of authentic places, spaces, and experiences. She is a graduate of the Master of Architecture program from Yale School of Architecture.
