Bec is a Senior Culture, Inclusion and Belonging Manager, who has spent the last 20 years unapologetically focused on creating a culture of inclusion and belonging within some of the world’s strongest AXS listed organisations.  After writing Downer’s Australia and New Zealand’s Inclusion & Belonging Strategy, Bec has now moved to her current role of Manager, Culture, Inclusion and Belonging with Sydney Water. 

Bec has worked in both the public and private sectors, across Australia and internationally and has demonstrated experienced and success in HR strategy, change management, HR compliance, policies & procedures, workplace investigation, employee and industrial relations, mediation and conflict resolution. Further she has a proven track record in employee engagement, attraction, recruitment and selection, workforce planning, talent/performance management, however holds a special passion for delivering initiatives around inclusion, equity, and belonging, heavily focused on community partnership programs and stakeholder relationships.

Rebecca is accredited to facilitate and deliver the Centre for Creative Leadership 360 degree assessment tool and feedback session, DISC Advanced profiling, Emotional Intelligence EQ-i 2 facilitation and is trained Mediator. Rebecca holds two Masters-degrees in General Management Human Resource Management and a is a Certified Professional Member (CAHRI) of the Australian Human Resources Institute and is currently studying to be a Certified Diversity Executive with The Diversity Movement in the USA.
