Sahar has 20+ years of experience in design, engineering, construction management and cost advisory roles in Australia and Middle East, a member of Engineers Australia and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. She is currently an Associate Director with WT delivering infrastructure cost advisory services.

Sahar was graduated in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and in 2005 she got her master’s degree (honors) in engineering studies from Sydney University. Started her profession as undergraduate surveyor in civil projects , then moved to multidisciplinary consultancy firms designing a vast range of projects from residential buildings to infrastructure focusing mostly on, industrial, civil, roads and bridges projects.

Sahar is specialized in providing cost management advices for major infrastructure projects during the whole cycle of projects from feasibility study to tender evaluation and post contract services.  She has been involved in many large-scale infrastructure projects including Sydney Metro West, Circular Quay Renewal Program, Coffs Harbour Bypass, M6 Stage 1, Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2, Canberra Light Rail, TARP, NSW Dam rising and many other various projects. She is well experienced in managing teams, dealing with stakeholders, and establishing good working relationships with clients.
