Sam is an electrical engineer with over 33 years of local and international experience in the Construction and Building Services Design Industry which has given him specific skills in technical detailing in accordance with the Australian and International Standards.

Sam specialises in building services compliance, facilities and essential services upgrades, building services audits and due diligence reporting. His projects’ history includes works in health and aged care buildings, education and tertiary buildings, commercial and residential properties, heritage property assets and iconic landmark buildings, various government property portfolios, shopping centres, public works infrastructure, heavy industry and industrial projects. 

Sam leads a dedicated team and coordinates activities to meet the client’s requirements for each project. Sam is experienced in the role of leading the design team to meet specific project requirements and seek out value engineering opportunities.  

Sam has a detailed history of working with Government as well as non-government organisations for services related projects and building audits and upgrades.
