Stefanie is a People and Culture Director for John Holland, leading the people and internal communications function on the M7-M12 Integration Project, a mega-project delivering critical road infrastructure in Western Sydney.

Stefanie is an experienced people professional who is a change maker in the construction industry – leading initiatives that drive greater inclusivity and representation in the industry. She is an active mentor and coach, both informally and formally, and has a passion for supporting the leaders of tomorrow to make better people decisions.
