Steve is a Social Infrastructure Design and Construction specialist having spent 26 years with Lendlease focussing predominantly on the Healthcare and Education sectors with roles ranging from:

• Working on site, to leading the delivery of major construction projects
• Running the pursuit and conversion of new projects to driving the Design and Construction solution for some of Australia’s biggest and most successful Healthcare PPPs, and
• Leading the drafting of internal strategy within the Lendlease business which gave me opportunities to:
  • Lead the approach to the adoption of BIM and Digital Design
  • Work closely with Lendlease’s CLT pre-fabrication business, and
  • Lead our approach in the growing area of Modern Methods of Construction.

 

Since leaving Lendlease in 2020, Steve is now an Executive and Principal with Billard Leece Architects, applying his experience to help the business evolve their service delivery processes to meet the changing needs of industry, and he has also participated as an independent expert on 10-12 Gateway Reviews in the eastern states.
