Tracy is a Principal and Health Lead at Billard Leece Partnership, one of Australia’s leading health design practices and global experts in social infrastructure design. BLP designs for a health world by delivering people-based solutions, translating evidence based research and insight into the built environment. Tracy has worked as both an architect and project manager, allowing her to bring a unique blend of creativity and practicality to her projects. Tracy works consistently to support diversity and inclusion across all her project work. She has spoken both nationally and internationally on the importance of an awareness of gender diversity within the construction industry and continues to promote intersectionality in inclusive design.
