Sydney Build Expo, Australia’s largest festival of construction, returns to the ICC on 28-29 April 2027, celebrating a decade of connecting the industry in New South Wales and beyond.

Following the incredible success of Sydney Build 2026, which wrapped up with over 24,000 attendees, 708 exhibitors from local and international markets, and 560 expert speakers across 16 conference stages, the 2027 event promises to be the most dynamic and engaging yet.

In addition to six exhibition halls incorporating features like the Architect’s Hub, Government Hub, and networking events, Sydney Build 2027 will also welcome the all-new HVACR Zone, showcasing the latest innovations in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. This exciting addition further extends the show’s appeal, ensuring even greater opportunities for industry professionals to explore cutting-edge solutions and connect with leading suppliers.
