NAWIC NSW Training & Scholarships – Supporting Women's Advancement in Construction
The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) NSW partners with industry to provide several scholarships that support women building careers in the construction sector. These scholarships offer financial assistance and development opportunities for women at various stages of their professional journey.
NAWIC NSW currently offers three key scholarships in partnership with industry and government:
The NAWIC NSW & UNSW Women in Construction $10,000 Tradeswoman Advancement Scholarship supports tradeswomen seeking to advance their skills and careers in the construction industry.
The 2026 NAWIC NSW & NSW Government Women in Construction Program $30,000 Executive Women's Leadership Scholarship provides significant funding for senior women in construction to further develop their executive leadership capabilities.
The 2026 NAWIC NSW & NSW Government Women in Construction Program $15,000 Emerging Executive Women's Leadership Scholarship targets women in the earlier stages of their leadership journey, supporting their pathway to executive roles within the industry.
These scholarships form part of NAWIC's broader mission to advocate for change, educate and empower, and connect women working in construction across Australia.
